 II. SUPER Reader

III. ADVANCED Reader

IV. STAR Reader

V. CLASSIC Reader

Read & Quiz on 3 books at 7.0 reading level or higher AND worth 10 or more points each.

How the A.R. Program Works:

GENERALLY SPEAKING: 1st graders try to reach the 1st level, 2nd graders try for the 2nd level, 3rd the 3rd, etc.

Students must start back at the beginning each year, but every year it gets easier to go through the previous

levels, as their reading skills improve.  Of course, students are welcome to go on to higher levels in any grade!

IMPORTANT POINT: Students need to read books within their reading level range (which is

determined at the beginning of the year with a reading skills test).  As they read & pass 3 quizzes in

their reading level range, their range goes up a little.  If they start reading harder books and not passing

the quizzes on them, their range is adjusted back down a little for more practice at that level.

So, the MORE they READ, the BETTER they READ!!!

Reading PRACTICE IMPROVES reading SKILLS!

The A.R. Motto: READ! READ! READ!
